Personal Information: The only personal information collected is what you voluntarily provide for the purpose of coaching (such as name, contact information, and coaching goals).
Session Notes: Any notes taken during sessions are for the coach's reference only and are securely stored. These notes will not be shared with anyone else.

3. Secure Storage

All digital records, including session notes, client agreements, and payment records, are securely stored and password-protected.
Paper records, if any, are kept in a secure location accessible only to the coach.

4. No Sharing or Selling of Data

Your personal information and coaching session details will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for any purpose.

5. Limited Exceptions to Confidentiality

Confidentiality may only be broken in the following rare circumstances:

Legal Obligation: If required by a court order or legal directive.
Harm Prevention: If the coach reasonably believes that there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

You may request that your personal data be deleted at any time, except for records required for legal or financial compliance.
