    • Coaching sessions are offered exclusively via phone or video conferencing platforms, ensuring flexibility for clients regardless of location.

    • Clients can choose their preferred digital platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, or standard phone calls).
       

  2. Adaptable Communication:

    • Clients may request live captioning for video sessions if the platform supports it.

    • Sessions can be conducted via audio-only (phone) for those who may have difficulty using video.

    • The coach is open to using accessible communication methods, including email or messaging, for clients who may have hearing impairments or other communication needs.
       

  3. Technical Assistance:

    • Clients experiencing difficulty accessing the digital platforms used for sessions are encouraged to reach out for support and guidance.

    • Instructions for joining video sessions can be provided in advance, with a test session available upon request.
       

  4. Inclusive Environment:

    • All clients are treated with respect and empathy, regardless of their background, abilities, or communication preferences.

    • The coach remains open to feedback on improving accessibility and making sessions more inclusive.
