General Release – Release of Liability

In consideration for this Agreement, I hereby release and forever discharge Teddy Charles from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, damages, attorney’s fees, costs and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, whether or not now known, suspected or asserted, which I may have or claim to have against the Released Parties relating in any manner to services rendered by Teddy Charles, and hereby covenants not to assert such claims through a lawsuit, an administrative proceeding or otherwise.
 

Waiver:

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the parties or party making the waiver.
 

Waiver of Civil Code Section 1542:

The parties hereto acknowledge that they may hereafter discover facts different from, or in addition to those which they now believe to be true with respect to the released claims, the property, or the action, and agree this release of all claims shall be and remain effective in all respects notwithstanding such different or additional facts or the discovery thereof.
 

Disclosures:

This General Release is a full and complete expression of the intent of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. No other agreement or representation, express or implied, has been made by either party with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

This General Release may not be modified except by written agreement signed by both parties.

This General Release shall not constitute an admission by any Released Party of any wrongful action or inaction whatsoever.

I acknowledge that there is no diagnostic analysis, medical treatment or prescription for any disease of any kind. The suggestions offered are for personal development that I freely choose to undertake.

I acknowledge that if at any time I admit harm to other or become a danger to myself, emergency services will be contacted for my welfare and that of the community.

The parties gave carefully read this Agreement, know its contents, and freely and voluntarily sign.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Client and Coach agree to the terms and conditions set forth in and have duly executed this General Release – Release of Liability effective as of the date of Coach’s signature as set forth below.
